As the Global Head Legal, was also actively involved in a successful li ga on filed at the UAE Labor Courts at Dubai. Needless to add, a professional with a Global mindset, having been at Leadership levels at the US/ Singapore/ Philippines and the Middle East. Understand the nuances of people management at varied locations. Transitioned the captive Hewle Packard Shared Services unit to a commercial SBU, as the Global Head of Finance, stationed from Palo Alto, CA.
Functionally very strong with Mergers& Acquisions, both on the buy and the sell side both within India and other Geographies, to name a few Singapore and the US, with special specialize on the post integra on challenges. Notables sell out was the Danske Bank (the largest Bank out of Denmark) deal to Infosys, front ending the transaction from the Target side both on the finalist on of the Share Purchase Agreement as well the conduct of the Due Diligence from the Buy side. Extremely well networked and respected by the Investment fraternity, especially from a Governance perspective. Had the opportunity to work with McKinsey for transform on of the internal operations at the TVS Group encompassing all facets. Coming with a CS background as well, always have been focused upon achieving a “Zero tolerance “philosophy at all times.
Currently, Board member at a Pittsburgh-headquartered Group for their Indian entry Chorus Call Conferencing Services Private Limited as well as Casagrande Premier Builder Limited, one of the Real Estate Major, which has been in receipt of the DRHP approval for a Lis ng on the main board soon. Added focus would be my role as the Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as the Nomina on & Remuneration Committee at Casagrande Premier Builder ensuring transparency and best of Accounting & Reporting principles.
I am also an Advisory Board Member with Essae Chandran Institute, Bangalore helping MSMS’s for turnaround and profitability in the most transparent manner, which enables them to move in a structured path. I have been recently requested by the Ciel HR Services Limited Management to enable the best approach for their corporate structure as well as to take them through the Ini al Public Offering (IPO) journey at the Main Boards. Without elaborating much, wanted to men on that I have been a recipient of multiple Awards as one of the Best CFOs in India from different Forums including the prestigious Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
